Texas Master Chorale: 40th Anniversary Concert

The Texas Master Chorale is gearing up for a milestone celebration! The renowned Houston-based choir will mark its 40th Anniversary with the world premiere of a piece commissioned just for this occasion: "A Poetry of Psalms" by celebrated composer Taylor Scott Davis.

The piece blends texts from Psalms 8, 96, and 113, alongside poetry from Emily Dickinson and E. E. Cummings. Davis’s compositions have been performed at iconic venues such as Carnegie Hall, Cadogan Hall, and the Sydney Opera House.
