Description
Find new balance, flexibility, mindfulness and strength with Tai Chi at Mercer Botanic Gardens. Join volunteer instructor, Stevens Moore, during our beginner Tai Chi program where participants will learn the classic 8 form movements in each one-hour class. Ages 12 and older. Children younger than 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Please consult your physician before starting any exercise program.
Registration is not required. Meet under Mercer Treehouse Staff Building.
