Station 6 Ribbon Cutting

Harris County Emergency Services District #9 (HCESD #9) and the Cy-Fair Fire Department are proud to announce the grand opening of Station 6, serving the growing needs of the Houston and Cy-Fair community. The Ribbon Cutting Ceremony will take place on May 17, from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at 12344 W Little York Rd.

This exciting community event offers residents a unique chance to tour the brand-new fire station, meet the crews, and witness firsthand the expanded resources dedicated to public safety.

• 11:00 AM – Welcome, Introductions & Remarks
• 11:30 AM – Kids’ Spray House & Rappelling Demonstration from the Training Tower
• 11:30 AM – Safety Education Tables (Smoke Detectors, CPR, Fire Extinguishers)
• 12:00 PM – Live Fire Extinguisher Demonstration
• 12:30 PM – Forcible Entry Door Demo

Light refreshments will be provided.

The Cy-Fair Fire Department, operated by HCESD #9, delivers emergency medical and fire protection services to one of the largest and fastest-growing districts in Harris County. The addition of Station 6 strengthens their mission of community protection and operational excellence.
