Sourdough for Starters!

Discover the art and science of sourdough at Sourdough for Starters, a beginner-friendly, hands-on baking workshop presented by Montgomery County Family & Community Health – Texas A&M AgriLife Extension. This engaging experience is happening soon in Montgomery County, and space is limited to just 20 participants.

• The basics of sourdough starter care and maintenance

• Take-home sourdough starter, recipes, and educational resources

This sourdough bread-making class near Conroe and The Woodlands offers a unique opportunity to build baking confidence and try sourdough without committing long-term. All participants must wear closed-toe shoes, bring a clean apron (or wear a cap), and be symptom-free for food safety.
