Agenda Includes:

• Elect one (1) new Board member for a three-year term
• Hear a financial report and community overview
• Participate in an open homeowner forum
• Submit nominations from the floor (or by noon via phone at 281-945-4677)
• Help establish quorum by attending or submitting a proxy

If you cannot attend in person, return your completed proxy form by 12:00 PM on November 5. Forms can be submitted by mail, fax, email, or sent with a neighbor attending the meeting.
