Reading Education Assistance Dogs at LSC-Tomball
30555 Tomball Parkway
Tomball ,TX 77375
The Lone Star College-Tomball Community Library is excited to welcome back the Reading Education Assistance Dogs (R.E.A.D.) program on April 22, from 5 to 6 p.m. This heartwarming literacy event gives young readers ages 4 to 12 the opportunity to practice their reading skills by sharing a story with a trained therapy dog from Pets With a Mission.
Hosted at LSC-Tomball Library, this free children’s literacy program encourages reading confidence and fluency in a fun, relaxed environment. Each child picks a book of their choice and reads aloud one-on-one to a gentle, furry friend who listens without judgment—making it one of the most beloved interactive library programs for kids in the Tomball area.
