Preserve at Medina River homeowners are invited to attend the community’s 2026 Annual Meeting of Members online through Microsoft Teams. The meeting will include the approval of the 2025 meeting minutes and agenda, introductions, a financial report and a management report.

Residents are encouraged to submit questions to j.may@sbbmanagement.com by Aug. 14, 2026, so they can be addressed during the meeting. The question form can be found in the complete annual meeting notice here.
Homeowners who cannot attend may review the meeting minutes afterward through the SBB Management Portal. Residents who are not receiving association emails can send their email address to support@sbbmanagement.com to receive future communications.
