The Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated®, Alpha Alpha Eta Omega Chapter is inviting Houston-area residents to dig into the fundamentals of gardening during its upcoming “Pink Gloves & Green Thumbs” Gardening Workshop, a community-focused event designed for all experience levels.

Set to take place on Saturday, March 21, 2026, this interactive gardening session offers a welcoming environment for both seasoned “plant parents” and beginners looking to build confidence in their gardening skills. Attendees will gain practical, easy-to-follow knowledge while connecting with others interested in sustainable living, home gardening, and outdoor wellness.

Hosted at St. Cuthbert Episcopal Church in Houston, the workshop emphasizes education, community engagement, and hands-on learning in a supportive setting.
