For more than two decades, St. Peter’s United Methodist Church in Katy, Texas has ushered in the holiday season with a treasured musical tradition: the Messiah Singalong. Now celebrating its 21st year, the 2025 performance will take place on Sunday, December 7 at 7:00 p.m. in the church sanctuary.
This uplifting community event features the Christmas portion of Handel’s Messiah, culminating in the iconic and powerful Hallelujah Chorus—a moment that continues to give chills to audiences and singers alike.

Each year, the choir of St. Peter’s Chancel Choir is joined by singers from Katy, Houston, Tomball, Galveston, and beyond—united by a shared love for one of the most celebrated choral works of the season. Whether you’re a seasoned singer or simply love to listen, the Messiah Singalong offers a warm, joyous, and musically rich evening that’s become a seasonal favorite for families and music lovers across the region.
