HCESD 11 Public Meeting

The Harris County Emergency Services District 11 (HCESD 11) will hold a special session public meeting on April 29, at 5:00 p.m. The meeting will take place at the District's Administration Building.

As part of the regular functions of HCESD 11, the Board of Commissioners will discuss a range of important topics impacting the community and the district's operations.

• Call to order and a moment of silence for prayer and reflection
• Public comments (with a 2-minute limit per person or 5-minute limit per subject)
• Ratification of authorizations from the April 22, 2025, regular meeting, including:
  • Commissioner Plummer's authorization to execute First Responder Organization Agreements
  • Interim leadership appointments within the District's departments
• Personnel/employment matters, including the review of any employment and separation-related agreements
• Status update on the CEO search and necessary actions related to the process
• Executive Session (pursuant to the Texas Open Meetings Act) for discussion of district matters, as needed

The meeting is open to the public, and attendees will have the opportunity to provide comments. As per the Texas Government Code, the Board may convene in Executive Session for certain discussions.
