HCESD 11 Monthly Meeting

The Harris County Emergency Services District 11 (HCESD 11) will hold its monthly meeting on March 25 to address key issues impacting the district’s operations, services, and community. Serving over 700,000 residents across 177 square miles in northern Harris County, HCESD 11 is committed to providing advanced life-saving services, responding to more than 65,000 emergencies annually.

• Call to order and moment of silence for prayer and reflection
• Public comments – Residents are invited to share their input (2-minute limit per person)
• Presentation of Service and Meritorious Awards – Honoring outstanding members of the district
• Approval of minutes from the January 28, 2025 meeting
• CEO's report – Discussing compliance, operations, clinical matters, and important agreements including the Amended Basic to Paramedic Program student agreement and SysAid Subscription Agreement
• Financial updates – Approval of bills, review of investments, and amendments to the District's 457b plan
• Tax Assessor/Collector's report – Adoption of tax exemptions for the 2025 tax year
• Legal matters – Review of Public Information Act requests and patient health information protections
• Real estate and personnel matters – Including CEO performance reviews
• Executive session – Confidential district matters
