When emergencies occur, Harris County Precinct 4 is ready to respond with high water vehicles, boats, barricades, debris clean-up, supply distribution, and more! Learn from a member of the Community Assistance Department about Precinct 4’s role in disaster response, and the Harris County Office of Emergency Management.
