Fort Bend County District Clerk’s Passport Fair in Sugar Land

The Fort Bend County District Clerk’s Office, led by Beverley McGrew Walker—also known as the “People’s Clerk”—is making it easier for residents to apply for passports with a special Passport Fair on Saturday, September 13, 2025, in Sugar Land.

Important requirements:

• All applicants, including minors, must appear in person.
• Children under 16 must appear with both parents present. If one parent is unable to attend, the absent parent must provide a DS-3053 form or notarized authorization letter and a photocopy of their ID (front and back).
