Fit Friday Presented by One Medical is back at LaCenterra! Join us on select Friday mornings from 9:00 am to 10:00 am in Heritage Square (the green area in front of Postino) for a complimentary, outdoor fitness class, friendship and some fun.
Arrive 10 minutes early to check-in for a chance to enter to win great prizes.
Make sure to bring a bottle of water, a yoga mat, and towel.
