Bargain hunters can spend the morning exploring garage, driveway and yard sales throughout the Fairfield community during the Fairfield Resident Garage Sale Fundraiser, hosted by the Fairfield Women’s Club.
The community-wide sale takes place rain or shine on Saturday, October 3, from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. Participating homes will be spread throughout Fairfield, and shoppers can use an official Google map of registered sale locations to plan their route.
The event is one of the Fairfield Women’s Club’s spring and fall community fundraisers, with registration donations supporting neighborhood activities and local charities.

For Shoppers
Shoppers can visit participating homes throughout Fairfield and use the official Google map to find registered sale locations.
The gates at Winding Trails, Summer Gate and Lake Crest are expected to remain open from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. during the sale.

For Fairfield Residents Who Want to Sell
Fairfield residents may register their garage, driveway or yard for a $25 nonrefundable donation per household, plus a $1.50 PayPal fee.
Registration remains open until the morning of the sale, but homes registered after 11:59 p.m. Friday, October 2 may not be added to the shopper map.
Residents should register their name and address, agree to the event terms and conditions, and pay electronically through PayPal. PayPal accepts major credit cards and electronic checks.
Sellers should print their PayPal receipt and keep it available on the day of the sale as proof of payment.

Only Fairfield residents may register. Residents of neighboring communities governed by separate HOAs, including Villages of Cypress Lakes, Lakes of Fairhaven and Falls of Dry Creek, are not eligible to participate as sellers.
The Fairfield Women’s Club no longer provides garage sale signs. Sellers may use their own signs, but all signs, merchandise and sale materials must be removed by 3 p.m.
Residents are also cautioned not to send garage sale registration payments to anyone through Facebook.
