Join Prairie View A&M University Nutrition Education Associate Janelle Elvy-Verry for a nutrition and physical activity class geared toward senior adults. She will teach about the importance of incorporating fruits and vegetables in the diet and the benefits of getting physical activity. Food demonstrations and tastings will be part of the class each week, and giveaways. Today's session focuses on eating smart, while spending less.
