Democracy Rocks Treasure Hunt

Constitution Day, observed on September 17 each year, is designated as Constitution Day and Citizenship Day to commemorate the signing of the U.S. Constitution in Philadelphia on September 17, 1787. In honor of Constitution Day, celebrate Democracy and Voting with the Democracy Rocks Treasure Hunt at the Lone Star College-CyFair Library! The hunt is designed to help Cy-Fair residents of all ages understand eight important lessons about our democracy and encourage participation  in the November 8, 2022, elections. Parents and/or guardians must accompany children on the treasure hunt which will take place at the library and around the LSC-CyFair campus.

Families can pick up their log sheet and map for the treasure hunt at the Children's Library Reference Desk. Submit completed treasure maps and log sheet to be entered to win one of three prizes.
