Clay Road HOA Meeting Set for May 20 in Cypress Meadow

The Clay Road Homeowners Association, Inc. will host its next Board of Directors meeting on Tuesday, May 20, 2025, at the Cypress Meadow clubhouse (19230 Cypress Flower, Katy, TX 77449).

The meeting will begin with a closed Executive Session at 6:00 p.m., followed by an Open Session at 7:00 p.m., which is open to all Cypress Meadow residents.

During the Open Session, the agenda includes a Homeowner Open Forum allowing up to five minutes per speaker, a review of the financial report and approval of previous meeting minutes, and several community updates. These updates will cover deed restriction enforcement, legal and collection actions, the status of a recent playground inspection, review of landscape architect proposals, and planning for an upcoming community Movie Night.

Residents can ask questions, voice concerns, and learn about decisions affecting home values, safety, and quality of life. Your input helps shape future plans and events in Cypress Meadow. The next meeting is scheduled for June 17, 2025.
