Get ready for a howling good Halloween at the City of Katy's Howl-O-Ween celebration! Bring your four-legged friends to the Katy City Off-Leash Dog Park on Saturday, October 31, for a fun-filled morning of adorable costumes, friendly competition, vendors and a raffle benefiting local animal shelters.
Dress up your pup and enter the Halloween dog costume contest for a chance to compete in one of three categories: Spookiest Costume, Most Creative Costume or Best Group Costume. Whether your dog is dressed to scare or steal hearts, everyone is invited to join the festivities and connect with fellow Katy-area dog lovers.
Event and raffle entry requires a donation of pet food, pet supplies or cash to help support local animal shelters.
