Join us at Cypress Methodist Church for Community Activity Programs for Seniors (C.A.P.S.)!
C.A.P.S. is a church-sponsored program that is run by volunteers to extend support and loving care to the senior adults in our community as well as those in our church.

Each Thursday morning coffee and sweet rolls are served. Lunch is $5.00, which includes a light main course, dessert, and drink. If you feel that you can’t eat what is offered, feel free to bring a lunch.
Call 281-469-0730 (the church office) to see if our bus can transport you to and from the church. The bus leaves at 8:00 AM to pick up, and departs the church at 12:45 PM. There is no cost to ride the bus. The bus can take 11 riders only.
Not gathering Easter week, Thanksgiving week & Christmas week
