Description
Summer is almost over! Prepare for Back-to-School Season with us! Cy-Fair Clinic will be hosting the Back-To-School: Vaccines and School Supplies Drive. Join us this Saturday, July 27th, for the free "Too Cool To Smoke" puppet show, snacks, snow cones, face painting, vaccines, backpacks, and school supplies (while supplies last).
Eligibility: For Children, ages 5-18, who have Medicaid, CHIP, or are uninsured.
Parents must bring vaccine records and child to receive vaccination and school supplies.
