Residents are invited to attend the 2026 Anniston Community Association Annual Meeting, where HOA leadership will share updates on community finances, development progress, and general HOA information. The meeting will also include an open forum for homeowner questions.
Because the community remains under developer control, this year’s meeting will serve as an informational session and will not include a board election.
