After-School Break: Paper-Bag Monsters brings a playful afternoon of puppet-making to the Meeting Room at Fulshear Branch Library in Fulshear. Elementary-age children can settle in after school, gather supplies, and turn ordinary paper bags into wacky, wild, and wonderfully imaginative monster puppets.
