In honor of Asian American and Pacific Islander (AAPI) Month, the Friends of the Cinco Ranch Branch Library invite the community to enjoy the first movie in their Films in Focus Series – The Karate Kid (1984).
This inspiring film follows Daniel, who has recently relocated from NJ to LA and becomes the target of a gang of Cobra Kai dojo students. With the expert Karate skills of Mr. Miyagi, Daniel learns to defend himself and stand up to his bullies.
