A Closer Look at Nature

This month, we are talking about hummingbirds. In addition to learning about their unique biology and migration habits, participants will find out how to attract and identify hummingbirds in their own yards. Following this indoor presentation, try your luck at our migration game. Along the way, you’ll learn about the trials birds experience during migration and how we can help complete their journeys.

All are welcome to this program designed especially for school-aged children. Each class includes a 30-minute presentation followed by an activity. Registration is required, and space is limited.
