Clay Road HOA Annual Meeting Set for Oct. 20, With Two Board Seats Up for Election

Cypress Meadow homeowners have a chance to help choose the neighbors who will represent them on the HOA board this fall. The Clay Road Homeowners Association will hold its annual meeting on Tuesday, October 20, 2026, at 6 p.m., with sign-in opening at 5:30 p.m.

The meeting brings the association’s annual board election to the forefront. Two board positions are up for election, each carrying a three-year term, according to the HOA’s 2026 candidate notice.

Why This Meeting Matters for Cypress Meadow

Board service reaches beyond the meeting room. The association’s candidate materials describe responsibilities that include community projects, homeowner concerns, resident communication and committee work. For homeowners, the election is an opportunity to take part in choosing who helps guide those day-to-day responsibilities.

The deadline to submit a candidate form was September 15. With that deadline now past, homeowners can turn their attention to the annual meeting and review the candidate information and voting instructions included in their official meeting materials.

Plan Ahead for the October 20 Meeting

The notice submitted to My Neighborhood News gives homeowners a half-hour sign-in window before the 6 p.m. start. Plan to arrive during that window so there is time to check in before the meeting begins.

The meeting will be held at the Clay Road Poolhouse, 19230 Cypress Flower Drive, Katy, TX 77449. Set aside 6–8 p.m. on your calendar, and arrive from 5:30 p.m. for sign-in.
