GARAGE SALES

At present, there are no plans to have a neighborhood wide garage sale for BCS3 this year. But the Bylaws allow for individual residents to have up to four garage sales per year. If you are interested in having your own garage sale, please contact any Board member to let them know you are planning to do this. Thank you for your cooperation as to this issue.
