CURBSIDE TRASH BAGS
Please put all your garbage bags in garbage cans. We have strayed cats and dogs that tear the bags left on curbside and let garbage strewn all over the sidewalk and street.
PAST DUE ASSESSMENT BALANCE
If you have not paid your assessments balance, by now (April), you would have already received a collection letter. Please contact our property manager immediately if you want to set up a payment plan. You will have to abide by the agreed plan or pay off the balance in order to avoid your account being sent to collection at the attorney’s office (which by then you will start also incurring legal fees on top of monthly handling and monthly late fees) which can add up very fast.
