Founded in 2002, BoomerJack’s has grown from a single location to approximately 15 across Texas, including its first Houston-area establishment in Webster in early 2024. The chain prides itself on being a “come-as-you-are” neighborhood sports bar where guests can enjoy an extensive menu of American comfort food, daily drink specials, and an unmatched viewing experience for sports fans.
BoomerJack’s menu offers a variety of freshly prepared favorites, including burgers, wings, chicken-fried steak, and shareable appetizers like loaded nachos and fried pickles. Their drink offerings include a wide selection of beers, kept ice-cold using a high-tech glycol-cooled system, and creative cocktails such as Jack’s Mule, the Peach Bourbon Smash, and the spicy Jalapeño Rita.
Guests can also look forward to the signature features that set BoomerJack’s apart, such as expansive outdoor patios equipped with roll-up garage-door bars, cooling misters, fire pits, and oversized fans—ensuring a comfortable environment year-round. Many locations boast more than 100 TVs, so there’s never a bad seat in the house, with a few even installed in the bathrooms.
Privately owned by founder Brent Tipps under the On Deck Concepts umbrella, BoomerJack’s has earned a reputation for its philanthropic efforts. The company has supported local food banks, police organizations, and cancer research initiatives, among other causes. Tipps, recognized as a 2017 Entrepreneur of Excellence by Fort Worth Magazine, has overseen the company’s expansion to over 2,000 employees and multiple brands, including Sidecar Social and Bedford Ice House.
