
BluePearl Pet Hospital to Break Ground on New $5M 24/7 Emergency Veterinary Facility in Katy
A new state-of-the-art 24/7 emergency veterinary facility is coming to Katy, Texas, as BluePearl Pet Hospital prepares to expand its presence in the region with a major new construction project. The new hospital, located at 1811 W Grand Pkwy in Katy near Franz Road, is scheduled to begin construction on early December 2025, with completion expected by late August 2026, according to an official permit filing.
With an estimated investment of $5 million, the 14,854-square-foot facility will serve as a hub for advanced veterinary medicine, designed to meet growing demand in West Houston and surrounding Harris County communities. The new Katy hospital will offer around-the-clock access to both specialty and emergency veterinary care.
24-Hour Emergency Pet Hospital with Advanced Care
The planned facility will be equipped with a wide range of specialized treatment areas including ICU, emergency medicine, critical care, CT, X-ray, surgery, and pharmacy rooms. The building’s design will also include a welcoming vestibule and reception area and extensive support spaces to improve the patient and pet owner experience.
