Grand Lake’s monthly HOA Board meetings takes place every 4th Monday of the month at 6:00 PM on RingCentral or in person at Seven Lakes Club House due to Covid-19. Please note that at this time, the Grand Lakes website is not in service.

All residents of Grand Lakes are invited to attend the HOA Board meetings each month. Homeowners are encouraged to attend the monthly meetings to hear important updates or projects that will occur or happen in Grand Lakes.  Homeowners can also voice their concerns to their elected HOA Board Members about deed restrictions, community facilities that need repair or anything else you would like to see your elected HOA Board members address or resolve.
