2024 Hearthstone Assessment Rate Billing: Explained
Your Hearthstone Community Manager, Katie Ivanics, issued this message to residents on Tuesday, December 12, 2023 regarding HOA assessments for 2024.
Dear Residents,
We want to inform you about an important aspect of how the 2024 assessment rate will be billed. On January 1, 2024, the 2024 assessment rate will be applied to your account, following the associations standard billing schedule/collection policy. However, it's crucial to understand that the assessed amount will not be reflected in your account until the official due date.
Recognizing that some homeowners prefer to plan ahead, we are pleased to offer the option of making advance payments online. Any payment made in advance will be securely held in your account until January 1, 2024.
To ensure a smooth process and to avoid any inconveniences, we kindly request that all payments for the 2024 assessment be submitted before or on January 1, 2024. Please be aware that additional late fees will be applied to payments made after January 31, 2024.
