The 2022 HOA assessment invoice has been mailed to all Cimarron CIA homeowners. If you have not received your invoice, please contact our management office for a duplicate to ensure you make payment on time. If owners are experiencing difficulties related to the pandemic, a request can be submitted for payment deferment and/or extended payment plans to the Board of Directors for review.
