Clubhouse
Williamsburg Colony Clubhouse is available to rent for residents of the neighborhood. The upstairs kitchenette includes a serving area, but please note that there isn't a refrigerator upstairs at this time, only a sink.
Cost of rentals for 2024 are $150.00 for downstairs only (includes kitchen) or $275.00 for both upstairs and downstairs (includes kitchen). Unfortunately, upstairs only rentals are not possible. There is a $250.00 deposit for either rental, which is refundable, provided there is no damage and all trash is removed.
Please note that clubhouse rental of the downstairs only are discouraged in the summer due to the extreme Texas heat that makes it harder to cool downstairs completely.

Park and Playground
Outside park in Williamsburg Colony is open to the public. Playground and tennis court are accessible without a card key from 7am until 4pm and accessible with a card key between the hours of 4pm and dusk. For your convenience, key card request forms can be found next to the pool entry gate. The form will need to be completed and the cost of the card in $25.00. The card is good for several years. To get a card key, please contact our property management company, Signature AM, LLC at 281-558-5002.
